  • At WOODKONG, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every solid wood piece we create. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your home, we are here to support you.

    1. 30-Day Return Window

    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    2. How to Start a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@woodkong.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions within 24-48 hours.

    3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., wood cracking or mechanical failure) or we sent the wrong product, we will cover all return shipping costs.

    • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., "no longer wanted," "changed mind"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

      • Note: The actual cost will be based on the service provider's rates (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

    4. Refunds & Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2-3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    5. Natural Material Notice

    Since our products are handcrafted from natural solid wood, please note that grain patterns, natural knots, and slight color variations are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. These unique marks are what make your piece of art one-of-a-kind.

    6. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different style, please email us at sales@woodkong.shop.
